Webshop Terms and Conditions:
 

Ordering:
Mail Shot International Ltd accepts consumer orders made through the website order system, at www.powerhoop.co.uk. You will automatically be routed to the webshop corresponding to your location. If you prefer a different region or currency, click on the flag at the top of the website. NOTE: Due to territorial and intellectual property rights, we do not ship products to the US and Canada under the Powerhoop brand. Sales to New Zealand and Australia must be placed at Powerhoop New Zealand. In Norway, you may place orders at www.rockeringer.no. Special offers may not be available in all areas or may vary. 

The countries to which we ship are listed below. If you do not see your country on the list, it is likely because of excessive shipping rates to your area. Please contact Mail Shot if you are having trouble placing an order.

Although Mail Shot will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the goods displayed on the website are available, Mail Shot can not guarantee availability. You will be sent a confirmation email when the order is received, to confirm that the ordered goods are available and your order is being processed. 

Prices:
On the UK webshop, prices are in GBP. On the EU and French websites, prices are in EUR. In public (consumer) shops, VAT is included in the prices. Shipping charges are not included and will be displayed before you make final order and payment. 

If the delivery address is outside the relevant VAT area, VAT will be subtracted. In such cases, the customer must expect to pay VAT locally on the value of the invoice, when the goods pass customs into his or her VAT area. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, due to changes in VAT, unusually large changes in purchase prices beyond our control, and errors that may appear in the text and price.

Shipping and delivery:
Mail Shot International Ltd will process every order within two business days upon receipt of your payment. In the UK, orders will be delivered in the next 1-3 business days between the hours of 8:30 – 17:30. In mainland Europe, delivery time is typically 5-6 business days. Your order will be sent from Mail Shot's warehouse: Hille Business Estate, 132 St Albans Road, Watford Herts WD24 4AE, UK.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, an attempted-delivery calling card will be left. The parcel will be returned to the delivery depot and delivery will be attempted again the next working day. If there is no answer again, the parcel will be returned to the local depot and will remain there for 5 working days or until it is collected by the customer or re-arranged online following the instructions on the calling card. Details of the local depot will be found on the calling card. If the customer has not collected the parcel after the 5 working days it will be returned to Mail Shot International and a charge of £13.50 will be made to the customer. 

If a customer provides the wrong address or the parcel needs to be re-directed after it has been sent out, a charge of £5.25 will be made unless the new address is within the same postcode area. 

Secure Payments: You can choose from the following payment methods during checkout:

1. Payment by PayPal:

PayPal is an e-commerce business that provides the secure transfer of money between member accounts. PayPal is free to join and serves as an electronic alternative to checks and money orders. A PayPal account can make transfers or payments from a bank account or a credit card; a recipient of a money transfer can sign up for a PayPal debit card, request a check from PayPal or transfer the funds to a bank account. 2. Payment by Credit Card: 

Credit card payments are processed by Sage Pay, which provides a secure electronic payment system for all card purchases. Your bank may also use an additional safety solution such as Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard SecureCode (MCSC). The solution implies that the parties to the transaction currently being authenticated. This means that the cardholder, as well as to enter the card number and expiration date, must be identified with a code received from the card issuer. The code can be a password, token cards, code chip, or security solution that recognizes the cardholder from your bank.

Note that you must enter the CVV2 code printed on the back of your card. This is a 3 - digit code that is ultimately in the signature field and ensures that the user has a valid card. 

We do not have access to card numbers or bank information. We do not store any other financial details about the customers. We do not sell customer information to other companies.

Changes to your order:
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product, please contact us immediately by email: orders@powerhoop.com or phone: +44 (0)1923 800 422. If the order has not yet been sent, we can of course change the order. If the order has already been sent, you will need to return the product and pay relevant shipping costs. 

Damage:
Please examine the package and contents when you receive it. Any transport damage to the package or contents must be immediately reported to Mail Shot by phone or email.

Warranty:
Powerhoops are warrantied against manufacturing defects for one year after purchase. The warranty does not apply for:

1) Damage caused by collision with external objects (characterized as triangular notches in the foam coating of Slim Hoops)
2) Breakage caused by excessive or unusual force. 
3) Normal wear and tear. As with all fitness hoops that can be dismantled, normal wear results in joints that may feel loose after 2-3 months of use. This will not affect the functionality of the product and is not covered by the warranty.
4) Improper storage or alternative use. As described in the package insert, excessive heat exposure will cause some warping. This warranty is not valid if the product is stored or used incorrectly, or if the product has been altered or used for other purposes than intended.

For warranty claims, you will need your Order Confirmation and the package delivery receipt.
 
Returns:
Your satisfaction is essential to our success and we are happy to accept returns. Goods must be received by us in new condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Reasonable care should be taken by you not to mark, stain or soil the item or packaging as this may render them non-refundable. Please email us before returning any goods so we can authorize the return and give you correct return information: orders@powerhoop.com. Print and enclose our email confirmation in the package, so we know to whom we may issue the refund.

Mail Shot does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods during return transit. Mail Shot strongly recommends the usage of a traceable system for the return of any item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on replacement orders. Upon receipt of the return, the total sum debited from your credit card or PayPal account will be transferred to your account. As stated, returned goods must be complete, in perfect condition, unused, unaltered and in the original packaging.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, according to Distance Selling Regulations.

Innertrak and Mail Shot aim to provide a high standard of service, and we have chosen our products because we believe them to be of the highest quality. If you have concerns about our products or standards of service, please let us know and we will do our best to make amends. Import duty: 
We are registered in the UK. 

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. 

Medical Disclaimer: 
Innertrak Ltd, Mail Shot International Ltd and their employees make no guarantee as to the benefits arising from the use of Powerhoop®, Powergloves® or any of our other products. Consumers are expected to carefully read and follow the safety information included in the product packaging. Innertrak products are used entirely at your own risk. Our staff are not medically trained, and we advise that if you have any questions or concerns before using our products you consult a medical practitioner before purchase or use. Innertrak and Mail Shot will not be liable for consequential losses caused by the use of any of the products on the Powerhoop websites.

Privacy Policy:
When you buy a product or training course on Innertrak Powerhoop sites, we collect payment information, contact information (address and phone number) and details of what you bought. Your payment information is processed by a secure provider.
To facilitate your shopping experience, we use session "cookies" that last until you close your browser. If you sign in to your trade account before shopping, we use persistent cookies that last until you or your browser delete them. All of the information provided to Powerhoop websites including email addresses, delivery addresses and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. We do not sell or distribute customer details to other companies.
 
We may on occasion contact you to notify you about important changes or additions to the website of our products. With your consent, we may use your email address to contact you about Powerhoop offers; your contact information will never be shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe from our marketing emails with a single click. 
 
Powerhoop webshops use a secure socket layer (SSL) protocol to protect your information against any leakage or misuse. In the unfortunate event that your information has been leaked or misused, Innertrak Ltd. cannot be held liable for any losses incurred to you. Read our full privacy policy here.

Innertrak Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to our privacy policy in the future will be posted to the website and, where appropriate, through e-mail notification. 

Jurisdiction: 
This agreement will be governed and constructed according to the laws of the country of the company specified on the website.  If no other company is specified, the agreement will be governed and constructed according to the laws of the United Kingdom (including its conflict of laws rules). By using the Powerhoop websites you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
